August 4, 2023, around 8 PM we noticed our AC started to make a noise as well as the temp in our home not going to cooling temp. I called around at least 10 different places and everyone was booked and could not come out and help us. We are a family of 7 with 5 children and 3 animals. As many know Texas is HOT in the summer. Omar answered when I called and immediately told me he would call one of the other technicians to come out as soon as they could. 2 hours later another technician was able to come and fix our AC within 20 min. He explained everything to us and what went wrong and quickly got us back to cooling off. We were pleased with how fast they were able to come to us on an emergency call.
