August 4, 2023, around 8 PM we noticed our AC started to make a noise as well as the temp in our home not going to cooling temp. I called around at least 10 different places and everyone was booked and could not come out and help us. We are a family of 7 with 5 children and 3 animals. As many know Texas is HOT in the summer.
